TIGER'S NEST CAMP
Tiger's Nest Camp: High-end glamping arrives in Bhutan
Inspired by high-end safari accommodations, the locally-owned Tiger’s Nest Camp offers Bhutan’s newest glamping experience. The 15 deluxe tents are set on concrete foundations and feature tiled bathrooms with cascading showers, plush beds with high thread-count linen, and a patio area for admiring uninterrupted views of the valley. Situated near a rural slope above Paro valley, the camp is a charming retreat amidst natural surroundings, about 20 minutes from the airport, but world's apart from the busier end of the valley.
Each spacious tent is well-insulated and has king-size beds, vanities, slippers, ‘his’ and ‘her’ bathrobes, and branded toiletries. The elegantly designed camp restaurant serves delicious Bhutanese, Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine, while the well-stocked bar provides a range of local and international beverages. Wi-Fi, Currency exchange, heating, laundry service, and safe deposits are other standard amenities.
⛺️ $$: Triple Deluxe; additional $70 per person per night of stay
Thank you for supporting a locally-owned business!
At Bhutan Himalaya Expeditions we offer a carefully curated selection of Bhutanese-owned lodges around which we build most of our trips. We believe our business supports the hopes and dreams of our homegrown Bhutanese entrepreneurs and entities whose success is vital to the strength and resilience of Bhutan's economy. Such businesses are often family-owned and operated so your journey makes a big difference in supporting the livelihoods of Bhutanese people, including the workers, farmers and producers who supply the lodges and provide the lodge's guest services.
