We will only ask you to provide those pieces of information necessary to planning your travel, or that will allow us to tailor your journey to your preferences. This information is confidential and will only be shared with those organizing and running your trip on the ground. For example, we may let your guide know that you are vegetarian, so that meals can be arranged accordingly, or we may share your flight arrival time with in-country colleagues and ground staff responsible for picking you up from the airport upon your arrival.

Information on Minors

We do not knowingly gather any information from, on, or about minors, other than information that would be appropriate for us to have should a minor be signed up to travel on one of our trips with an adult family member or established and widely recognized youth group/s, student services or youth leadership travel and adventure organizations who may partner with us from time to time. If we learn we have received any information from a minor other than one who who has traveled with us or is signed up to travel with us, we will delete that information.
