Shey Dorji is an environmental scientist and a seasoned surfer, free diver, and trekker. He has hiked in the Himalayas, the California Sierras, Chile-Patagonia, and the Andes.

Shey grew up traveling with his parents and dividing his time between the Himalayas in Bhutan and the Pacific Ocean in California. He brings experience conducting ecological research expeditions, working on regenerative food systems, and cross-cultural education.

Shey has a deep passion for sharing the natural world through exploration and has worked as an outdoor educator with students of all ages. His work has taken him from oceanography research vessels to seaweed farms in Hawai'i and to glaciers in Patagonia. Shey is elated to be returning to his Himalayan home to share a love for adventure, ecology, and storytelling with fellow travelers.
